1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Arbitech (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Nature of Service

Arbitech provides crypto-market data, statistical arbitrage analysis, funding-rate monitoring and related analytics tools solely for informational and educational purposes. Arbitech is nota cryptocurrency exchange, trading terminal, broker or custodian, nor does it execute trades on your behalf.

All decisions you make based on information from the Platform are made entirely at your own risk. You remain solely responsible for any trading activities or losses that may occur.

3. No Financial Advice

The content on the Platform does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Past performance of crypto assets is not indicative of future results. Consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

4. Account & Subscription

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Subscription tiers (e.g., Free, Pro) grant different levels of access; Arbitech may modify features or fees with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Arbitech and its licensors own all intellectual-property rights in the Platform and its content. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arbitech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

7. Changes to Terms

Arbitech reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Jakarta.
